摘要
当电网发生解列故障时大型火电机组的动态频率响应特性对于维持系统频率安全和稳定具有至关重要的作用。以频率最大偏移量及其出现时刻为研究关注点,建立了解列后大型火电机组频率调节动态模型,提出一种通过求解四阶线性定常非齐次状态方程组确定频率最大偏移量及其出现时刻的方法。以此为基础,采用一台600MW火电机组的实测参数,深入分析了机组一次调频限幅、调差系数、前馈系数3个重要参数对解列后电网频率动态过程的影响。研究结果可用于指导解列后电网频率安全稳定措施的制定。
When grid splitting occurs, dynamic frequency response characteristics of large thermal power generation units are of great concern to the maintenance of security and stability of system frequency. Taking the maximum frequency deviation and the time of its occurrence as research objectives, a dynamic model of frequency regulation for large thermal power generation unit in post-splitting power grid is established, and a method to determine the maximum frequency deviation and the time of its occurrence by solving the forth-order linear time-invariant non-homogeneous state equations is proposed. On this basis and utilizing measured parameters of a 600MW thermal power generation unit, the impacts of three important parameters, namely the primary frequency regulation limits, the speed droop and the forward coefficient, on dynamic process of frequency in post-splitting power grid are analyzed in depth.
