摘要
目的 探讨人参总皂甙 (TSPG)对人肝癌细胞株HepG2的诱导分化作用。方法 以MTT法 ,光镜 ,电子显微镜和流式细胞仪分析法观察TSPG对人肝癌细胞生长增殖 ,形态 ,超微结构及细胞周期的影响。结果 癌细胞在 4 0 0ug mlTSPG处理后 ,生长受到明显抑制。光镜 ,电子显微镜表明经TSPG作用细胞形态向正常肝细胞方向逆转。流式细胞仪分析发现TSPG使细胞生长阻滞于S期。
Objective To explore the induced differentiation effect of total saponins of Panax ginseng(TSPG)on human hepatoma cell line HepG2.Methods MTT method,light microscopy,electronic microscopy and flow cytometry(FCM) were used.Results Cell growth was dose dependently and significantly inhibited by TSPG at the non toxic but cytostatic concentration of 400μg/ml.and TSPG changed the morphology of the cell into almost normal hepatocytes.TSPG arrested the cell cycle of HepG2 cells at the S phase.Conclusion TSPG seemed to induce normal or mature properties of hepatocytes in human hepatoma cell line.
