一株蓖麻根际活性菌LX6的抑菌活性测定及其分子鉴定

Determination of Antibacterial Activity and Molecular Identification of Antagonistic Bacterium LX6 from Castor-oil Rhizosphere

摘要 对蓖麻根际菌株LX6的抗菌活性进行了测定。结果表明,该菌株对多种植物病原真菌具有明显的抑制作用,表现出广谱抗菌活性。其中对三七根腐病菌(Cylindrocarpon destruans)、棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、玉米弯孢病菌(Curvularia lunata)和禾谷镰刀病菌(Fusarium graminearum)的抑菌效果均达50%以上。通过对LX6菌株的形态特征、染色反应、培养性状、生理生化特征试验以及16S rDNA鉴定,该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌。 The antagonistic activity of strain LX6 from castor - oil rhizosphere was determined in this paper. The results showed that LX6 strain had obvious antagonistic activity against many plant pathogenic fungus, especially to Cylindrocarpon destruans , Fusarium oxysporum , Curvularia Lunata and Fusarium gruminearum, the antibacterial rate could be over 50%. According to the tests on morphological features, staining reaction, culture traits, physiological and biochemical characteristic and 16S rDNA, it was identified as Bacillus subtilis.
