摘要
中医临床疗效评价模式的问题是中医药发展的瓶颈。中医思维应该是中医临床疗效评价的基石。文章从思维的角度提出,中医药临床疗效的评价应该运用中医的原创思维,认为"正向思维"是西医、中医判定临床疗效的主要依据,"反向思维"是中医判断临床疗效的重要思维,并从取象思维角度探索了中医临床疗效判定主要根据是医患共同体察病人的七种能力、医患共同勘对五种生命条件、医患共同检验精、气、神三宝。
The mode of TCM clinical evaluation problem is the bottleneck of the development of TCM.The TCM thinking should be the foundation of TCM clinical efficacy evaluation.From the perspective of thinking,this article proposed that the application of the original thinking of TCM should be in the evaluation of the clinical efficacy of TCM,and the＇positive thinking＇should be the main basis to determine the clinical efficacy of western and Chinese medicine,and＇reverse thinking＇ should be the important thinking in clinical efficacy of TCM.This paper also explored the basis of TCM clinical evaluation from the point of ＇analogism＇,according to seven kinds of abilities,five kinds of life conditions and check up the three treasures including essence,Qi and spirit,which were all observed and tested by the doctors and patients together.
