摘要
积极营塑校园文化必须重视班级文化建设。在全面实施素质教育的进程中，班级文化的地位和影响越来越突出。为此有必要对班级文化的内涵、功能、形成发展以及班级文化建设的几个关节点进行分析和论述，以全面推进素质教育进程中的班级文化建设。
Much attention should be paid to the construction of class calture while campus culture is being established. Class culture has become more and more important in the course of carrying out quality deucation. There- fore, it is necessary to analyse and discuss its connotations, functions and forms, and the key points in its construction so as to carry forward in an all-round way the constraction of class culture ill the course of quality deucation.
