摘要
目的探讨妇科千金片治疗急性盆腔炎的作用机制。方法选用雌性Wistar大鼠,行子宫内接种混合菌液造急性盆腔炎模型。造模成功后将实验大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、妇科千金片低、中、高剂量组、妇炎康组、罗红霉素组,药物治疗后,取大鼠子宫、输卵管、卵巢等组织,采用免疫组化方法观察大鼠子宫、输卵管、卵巢等组织半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶3(Caspase-3)的表达。结果与空白组、假手术组比较,模型组大鼠子宫、卵巢、输卵管组织caspase3灰度值均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,妇科千金片低、中、高剂量组、妇炎康组、罗红霉素组大鼠子宫、卵巢、输卵管组织中Caspase-3灰度值均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与妇科千金片低、中剂量组比较,妇科千金片高剂量组、妇炎康组、罗红霉素组大鼠子宫、卵巢组织中Caspase-3灰度值均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金片升高caspase-3的灰度值,减少caspase-3阳性细胞数可能是治疗盆腔炎的机理之一。
Objective To research the mechanism of Qianjintablet to treat pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Selects female Wistar mousse, makes acute pelvic inflammatory disease model by vaccinating mixed bacterial liquid of escherichia coil,staphylococcus aureus,ureaplasma urealyticum in uterus. After making model successfully, experimental mouse were randomly divided into the blank group, the shamoperation group, the model group, the low dosage group of Qianjintablet, the middle dosage group of Qianjintablet, the high dosage group of Qianjintablet, Fuyankang group, the Roxithromycin group, after drug treatment,takes mouse' s tissues like uterus,uterine tube,ovary, etc, observes caspases- 3's expression of mouse' s tissues like uterus,uterine tube,ovary, etc by immunohistochemisty. Results Compared with the blank group and the shamoperation group, the model group's caspase-3 gray threshold of mouse' s tissues like uterus,uterine tube, ovary all reduced, the difference has statistical significance(P〈0.05);Compared with the model group, the low dosage group of Qianjintablet, the middle dosage group of Qianjintablet, the high dosage group of Qianjintablet, Fuyankang group, the Roxithromycin group' s caspase3 gray threshold of mouse' s tissues like uterus,uterine tube, ovary all increased, and the difference has statistical significance(P〈0.05);Compared with the low dosage group of Qianjintablet, the middledosage group of Qianjintablet, the high dosage group of Qianjintablet, Fuyankang group, the Roxithromycin group' s caspase3 gray threshold of mouse' s tissues like uterus,uterine tube, ovary all increased,and the difference has statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Qianjintablet can increase caspase3 gray threshold, and that reducing caspase-3's positive cells number may be one of the mechanism to cure Pelvic inflammatory disease.
