摘要
针对TC4钛合金材料的导热系数小、弹性模量低、化学活性高以及机械加工困难等特点,结合实际生产情况,对车削过程中出现的问题进行分析研究。结果表明,通过选择合适的刀具参数和切削用量等措施可以解决生产中出现的车屑氧化严重、车削加工性差等问题。
Aiming at small coefficient of thermal conductivity, low modulus of elasticity, high chemical activity and difficult machining for TC4 titanium alloy, the problems occurred in the process of turning were analyzed in this paper combining the practical production situation. The results showed that serious oxidation for turnings and poor turning ability could be improved through selecting the proper cutting tool parameters and cutting dosage.
