摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德对毛细支气管炎的治疗效果。方法以本院2009年1月～2011年9月120例毛细支气管炎患儿分为对照组和观察组各60例,两组病例均给予抗感染、止咳化痰、吸氧(必要时)、镇静等常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组用利巴韦林,观察组加用孟鲁司特、布地奈德混悬液及利巴韦林治疗,观察两组治疗后的疗效。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗毛细支气管炎疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of children with bronchiolitis from January 2009 to September 2011 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group. Each group had 60 cases, two groups of patients were given conventional therapy of resistance infection, cough expectorant, oxygen （when necessary）, calm. On this basis, the control group was given ribavirin, the observation group was added montelukast and budesonide suspension and ribavirin treatment, the curative effect of the two groups after treatment were observed. Results Total effectiveness of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchiolitis is distinct, with no obvious adverse reaction, it is worth popularization and application in basic-level hospitals.
