摘要
本文通过对《财富》公布的世界500强与中国500强各项数据的整理和比较,分析了目前我国大企业的国际影响力以及与世界500强的竞争力差距,并且针对大企业的发展现状,从建立产权市场、经济结构转型和赢利能力均衡化的角度对进一步增强我国大企业国际竞争力作出一些思考。
Based on the analysis and comparison of the enterprises listed on Fortune 500 and China 500,the paper tackles the international competitiveness of China＇s major enterprises.It also points out the gap between Chinese and foreign enterprises,putting forward suggestions to enhance domestic companies＇ competitiveness through the establishment of property right market,economic restructuring and balance of profit-earning capability.
