摘要 采用ANSYS和ADAMS联合仿真的方法,研究MAN6S50MC-C船用柴油机运转过程中曲轴的瞬态扭振规律.将推进轴系进行柔性化处理,建立贴近工程实际的刚柔混合模型.模型加载时不仅考虑了常规分析中的气体力、运动件惯性力和重力等激励作用,而且还考虑轴系弹性变形所产生的附加载荷影响.分析结果显示:曲轴的扭振形式为一节振动,节点位于4号主轴承附近;通过有限元计算得到的自由端扭角与实测值相近;气缸发火主要对其相应的曲柄和靠近输出端的其他曲柄扭转变形产生影响,而对靠近自由端的其他曲柄影响不大. This paper focuses on crankshaft transient torsional vibration of MAN 6S50MC-C marine diesel engine by using ANSYS and ADAMS co-simulation.Propulsion shaft system is resolved into discrete elements,called flexible body,which then assembled into a rigid-flexible mixed model.The invigorative functions of traditional gas force,inertia and gravitym are considered,and the additional loads excited by flexible body deformation is also taken into consideration.Analysis results reveal that the crankshaft torsional oscillation is one node vibration,and the balance point locates in the vicinity of the 4th main bearing pin.Comparing with the bench test result,the output using co-simulation method has high accuracy in testing torsional angle on free end of crankshaft.While comes to the combustion of a cylinder,only corresponding main bearing pin and the subsequent ones near the after end suffer torsional affection,others near free end are not affected.
