摘要
脑卒中是全世界范围内主要致残及致死的疾病。关于脑卒中后神经功能缺损及认知障碍的研究较多,但对作为患者生活质量重要内容的性功能障碍的研究很少。事实上,脑卒中后男性性功能障碍情况是非常普遍的,如性欲减退、勃起障碍和射精无力等。其病因大致包括器质性和心理社会性两方面。深入研究脑卒中后性功能障碍、加强对脑卒中患者性功能障碍的诊治力度应纳入脑卒中康复治疗的范畴。
Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability throughout the world.Although physical and cognitive impairments after stroke have been well studied,little information is known about the quality of life with regards to sexual dysfunction.Post stroke sexual dysfunctions seem to be very common in men,a decline in libido and poor or tailed erection and ejaculation are frequently observed.The main etiologies of sexual disorders after stroke include both organic and psychosocial factors.Thus,study in sexual disorders should be enhanced.The counseling by trained professionals should be a part of stroke rehabilitation.
