通过对人防设计工作的总结和分析,指出了目前人防结构设计工作中经常被忽视和错误理解的若干问题,并针对性的提出了处理方法。
It summarized and analyzed the design work of civil air defense, pointed out that several issues of civil air defense structure design work is often ignored and misinterpreted, then proposed own approach on these issues.
