摘要
从工业遗址与创意产业的发展趋势出发,分析船舶工业遗址与其他工业遗址的共性形式和个性形式。通过总结其特征,结合开发案例,以船舶工业遗址保护与创意产业集聚区的创建为切入点,提出项目定位、建构筑物改造、文化景观、空间组织4方面创建策略,为船舶工业遗址的保护开发拓展新的思路。
Based on industrial sites and the trend of creative industries development,the paper analyzes the commonness and individualities of shipbuilding industry and other industrial sites.By summarizing their characteristics and typical development cases,taking conservation of shipbuilding industry sites and creation of creative industry cluster as entry point,we propose four strategies as project location,buildings and structures renovation,cultural landscape,spatial organization,so as to explore new ideas on protection and development of shipbuilding industry sites.
