摘要
以团队为基础的学习（Team-Based Learning，TBL）是一种有助于培养学生的团队协作精神，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的自学能力、分析能力、表达能力、临床思维能力等综合能力的新型教学模式。本文从TBL的定义、基本过程、特点、应用现状与展望等方面介绍其在医学教学中的应用。
Team-based learning （Team-Based Learning, TBL） is one way to help developing students＇ teamwork spirit, stimulate students＇ interest in learning, the new teaching mode that improve students＇ self-learning ability, analytical ability, presentation skills, clinical thinking ability and comprehensive the abilities. From TBL definition, the basic process, charac- teristics, application status and prospects and other aspects introduce its application in medical teaching.
