摘要
通过国内外曲线钢轨润滑技术现状分析,针对朔黄铁路运输条件和钢轨磨耗与伤损实际情况,系统开展了曲线钢轨润滑技术试验研究,比选出减磨效果显著的固体润滑剂,研制了适应朔黄铁路运输条件下的智能润滑涂覆装置,实际应用表明"固-液-固"干式润滑剂可到达55%减磨效果,车载智能涂覆装置自动化程度高、定位准确,完全满足朔黄铁路现场应用条件。
By analysis on the status of curve rail lubrication technology at home and abroad, we promoted an experimental study systematically on curve rail lubrication technology for terms of transportation and abrasion & damage conditions of rail in Shuohuang railway. And we developed intelligent lubricant coating device that can adapt transportation condition of Shuohuang railway by choosing the solid lubricant with remarkable effect. The practical application shows that the "solid - liquid - solid" dry lubricant can reach anti-friction effect of 55%, the intelligent coating device mounted in vehicle has high degree of automation, accurate positioning, fully site application conditions of Shuohuang railway.
