摘要
面对新形势,高等艺术教育要解决经济社会发展中对高质量多样化艺术人才的需要与培养的问题。为适应新疆跨越式发展的新形势及地方经济社会发展对高等艺术人才的需要,从创新艺术院校的办学思路、确立目标定位、凸显办学特色、强化办学质量等几个方面出发,力求探索新疆本土艺术人才的培养新模式,以培养出理论基础扎实、综合素质优良、具有较强实践能力和创新精神的高级艺术专门人才。
With the new situation, higher art education should develop diversified talent with high qualities in economic and social development.
