摘要
针对目前羊毛衫线圈计算机模拟还未成熟的现状,在皮尔士线圈模型的基础上建立了新的线圈模型,将模型的数学函数表达式转化为Visual Basic 6.0编程语言,并在考虑影响线圈模拟效果因素的基础上设计出了羊毛衫线圈模拟系统的软件,以实现纬平针组织和罗纹组织的模拟。并通过改变线圈的一系列参数模拟出了纬平针正面和反面组织效果图和1+1罗纹组织效果图以及纬平针正面组织三维模拟效果图。最后针对模拟的效果图进行了深入的分析和总结,本文为羊毛衫线圈的仿真模拟提供了一种新的可行的途径。
In view of the immature status of computer simulation of wool coil, a new coil model has been built based on Peirce coil. The mathematical function of the model is converted to Visual Basic 6 programming lan- guage and the software of wool coil simulation system has been designed in consideration of the factors that af- fect the coil simulation effect so as to realize the simulation of weft knitting and rib structure. By changing a series of parameters of the coil, we' ve got the effect drawings of the front and reverse sides of weft knitting, 1+1 rib structure and the 3D simulation of the front side of weft knitting. Finally, this paper deeply analyzes and summarizes the effect drawings of simulation, which provides a new feasible approach for the wool coil simulation.
