摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对预防危重患者压疮的影响。方法:将我院2007年1月～2011年6月收治的160例危重患者按照随机对照原则分为观察组和对照组,每组80例,对照组患者采取专科常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行系统的综合护理干预。比较两组患者平均住院时间、知识掌握情况、护理满意度及压疮发生率。结果:与对照组比较,观察组住院时间缩短、知识掌握及护理满意度高、压疮发生率低,经比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对危重患者实施综合护理干预措施可以降低压疮发生率,缩短住院时间,提高护理效果及满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ： To discuss the effect of the integrated nursing interventions in critically ill patients with decubitus prevention. Methods ： In our hospital from January 2007 to June 2011 were critically ill patients with 160 cases, according to randomized controlled principle the patients were divided into observation group and control group ,80 cases in each group, the Control group patients took specialist routine nursing ,the observation group patients used system of comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Compared of two groups of patients the average hospitalization time, knowledge and satisfaction with nursing care and the incidence of pressure ulcers. Results：Compared with control group, the observation group hospitalization time and bedsore rate were lower, the knowledge and nursing satisfaction were higher,there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：In critically ill patients with the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention could reduced the incidence of pressure ulcers, shorten the hospitalization time, improved the nursing effect and satisfaction, it was worthy of clinical application.
