摘要
目的建立测定香砂养胃丸中辛弗林含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(15∶30∶55),检测波长为224 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果辛弗林质量浓度线性范围为5.08～25.38μg/mL,平均回收率为98.47%,RSD=0.55%(n=6)。结论该方法简便,结果准确,能有效控制香砂养胃丸胶囊的质量。
Objective To determine the content of synephrine by RP- HPLC in Xiangshayangwei Pills. Methods The determination was carried out with Symmetry Cls column. The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN- CH3OH- 0. 1% HAc（15：30：55）. The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detective wavelength was at 224 nm. Results The linear concentration ranges of synephrine were 5.05 - 25.38 μg/mL. The average recoveries was 98.47% RSD was 0. 55%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Xiangshayangwer Pills.
