高速公路路基施工质量在很大程度上决定着整个公路的施工质量。影响路基施工质量因素众多,应以质量管理体系为依据,从施工用材、机械和人员等方面进行控制,以保证施工质量,实现其经济和社会效益。
The construction quality of subgrade engineering determines in a great extent the construction quality of the whole highway engineering.The factors which affect subgrade construction quality are so many that we should take quality management system as the basis and control materials,equipment and personnel in construction,in order to ensure the construction quality and achieve its economic and social benefits.
