基于学习共同体的校长培训模式与反思

摘要 区域教育均衡发展,不只需要一个好校长,还需要一批好校长。基于学习共同体的校长培训模式,秉持平等开放、互助共享,异质交流、尊重差异,问题中心、实践指向的培训理念,以交往对话为核心,采取基于客观世界的对话、基于他者的对话、基于自我的对话形式,做到理念、方法、资源、成果共享,来促进校长的相互学习、共同发展。
