摘要
运用科学计量学方法,对CSSCI收录过的法学期刊及其收录年度的载文数量、作者省域分布等分省域进行空间计量分析,通过定量分析准确反映中国各省域法学研究近年来的发展情况。研究发现:中国法学期刊之间的水平差距明显,具有区域特点;区域间法学研究水平呈现出极不均衡的态势,法学博士/硕士学位授予权直接影响着法学研究水平;法学研究水平省域空间变化呈现出自西向东、自南向北的总趋势。
By the use of new scientific statistics, this article analyzs article numbers and author provincial distributions of Law journals from CSSCI and summarizes provinvical law research situation in recent years. This study found that the difference among law journals in china is obvious with regional characteristics ;interregional law research level shows a very unbalance tendency; confer degrees of law Dr. and master directly affect law research level and provincial spatial variation of law research level presents the general trend of from west to east and from south to north.
