摘要
目的分析当归不同药用部位的有效成分。方法用热浸法提取浸出物;水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,成分分析采用气相色谱-质谱联用法,高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸含量。结果当归尾中挥发油和浸出物的含量均为最高,分别为0.922 8%和58.9%;当归头的挥发油和浸出物含量均为最低,仅为0.5187%和47.8%。当归尾中挥发油藁本内酯含量最低,为21.39%;当归身含量最高,为60.41%,是当归尾中的3倍。当归不同药用部位阿魏酸含量为:当归尾>当归身>全当归>当归头。结论当归不同药用部位的品质具有一定的差异性,当归入药时,应注意合理选用,以使当归能更好的发挥药效。
Objective To study the effective component in different pharmaceutical parts of Radix Angelicae Sinensis. Methods The extractum was obtained by hot leaching, and the volatile oil was obtained by steaaTl distillation. Ligustilide was analysed by GC-MS. HPLC was used to determine the content of ferulic acid. Results The content of volatile oil and extractum from the lateral root was 0.9228% and 58.9% respectively, the head of root was the lowest, only 0.518 7% and 47.8%. The content of volatile oil in lateral root was the lowest, which was 21.3%. Ligustilide was the highest in volatile oil of the top root, 60.405%, which was three times in the lateral root. The content of ferulic acid in different pharmaceutical parts of Radix Angelicae Sinensis was very different, the lateral root was the highest, the head of root was the lowest. Conclusion Different pharmaceutical parts of Radix Angelicae have certain difference on quality. In clinical use, we should pay attention to reasonable collocation to reach better effect.
