摘要
高血压脑出血因其致死率和致残率高,导致预期治疗效果与患者实际状况之间、医院诊疗结果与传统死亡观之间、患者亲属之间产生一系列伦理冲突,也使密切和他们接触的护理人员不得不面对伦理困境。建议护理人员尊重生命,尊重患者和家属的价值观和信仰,加强护理管理,合理安排护理人员编制,加强伦理知识的学习和应用,促进护患和谐,提高患者和家属的生活质量。
Hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients have high fatality rate and disability rate, which resulted in the ethical conflicts between treatment expection and the patients actual condition, hospital diagnosis results and the traditional view of life and death, and between the patients and their families, also ibring some dilemmas for nursing staff who have close contact with them. This paper values and believes of patients and their families＂ concept, ments of nursing management and strengthening the learning proposed that nursing staff should show respect for the enhancing care management, rationalizing the arrange and application of ethics knowledge so as to establish a harmonious relationship between the nursing staff and patients and thus improve the life quality of patients their families.
