摘要
目的探讨门脉高压断流术后致胃瘘的诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析2000年8月～2012年8月行笔者所在医院行断流术后发生胃瘘的7例患者的临床资料,进行分析处理。结果本组7例患者全部治愈,手术治疗1例,非手术治疗6例。结论门脉高压断流术后发生胃瘘,采取有效通畅的引流、冲洗和经鼻空肠置管行肠内营养治疗,必要时手术治疗可以治愈。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of portal hypertension disconnection caused by postoperative gastric fistula. Methods The author did retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 7 patients treated by portal hypertension stop postoperative induced gastric fistula in the author＇s hospital from August 2000 to August 2012, Analyzed with the clinical data of patients. Results There were 7 patients,one case was treated by surgery, Non operation treatment of 6 cases were all cured. Conclusion Take effective connectivity drainage,rinse and the nasal jejunum catheter line enteral nutrition for hypertension disconnection caused by postoperative gastric fistula When necessary operation therapy can be cured
