摘要
目的探讨分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年3月～2011年12月间在笔者所在医院治疗的74例急性胆囊炎老年患者的临床资料。结果治疗组的术中平均出血量、手术时间、住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组的不良反应发生率为5.41%,明显低于对照组的27.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年急性胆囊炎临床疗效显著,具有推广价值。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods Clinical data of 74 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis in the author＇s hospital from March 2008 to December 2011 were reviewed. Results The mean intraoperative blood loss, operative time and length of hospital stay of Treatment group were less than the control group （P 0.01）;The adverse reaction rate of treatment group（5.41%）was significantly lower than the control group（27.03%）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis is significant.
