煤矿乏风低浓度甲烷热逆流氧化试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为探索甲烷浓度、乏风流量、换向半周期及壁面热损失等工况参数对煤矿乏风低浓度瓦斯热逆流氧化过程的影响,采用自行设计的低浓度瓦斯热逆流氧化装置,对不同工况下的低浓度瓦斯热逆流氧化开展了系统的试验研究。结果表明:随着甲烷浓度的提高和壁面热损失的降低,氧化床高温区域拓宽,最高温度、出口温度及甲烷转化率均升高;当乏风量较低时,乏风甲烷保持较高的转化率,氧化床内整体温度随着乏风量的增加而提升;当乏风量达到一定值后,继续增加流量,氧化床温度场不但不上升反而下降;随着换向半周期的延长,氧化床高温区向氧化床出口端移动,高温区域变窄,出口温度升高,甲烷转化率略有下降。 In order to explore the effects of methane concentration, ventilation air flowrate, half cycle and wall heat loss on the process of thermal flow-reversal oxidation of coal mine ventilation air methane (VAM), a device designed by the authors for ventilation air methane oxidation was used to make a systematic experimental study into the thermal flow-reversal oxidation of VAM under different operating conditions. The study results indicate that with the increase in methane concentration and the decrease in heat loss on wall, the high-temperature zone widens, the maximum temperature and the outlet temperature increase accordingly, and the methane conversion rate increases slightly, that the simulation ventilation air flowrate affects on the temperature field of oxidation bed in two ways : with low ventilation air flowrate, the VAM keeps high conversion rate, the whole temperature of oxidation bed rises significantly as the ventila- tion air flowrate increases, when the ventilation air flowrate reaches a critical value, the temperature field of oxidation bed drops with the air flowrate increases, and the methane conversion rate also declines sharply, and that with the extension of half cycle, the high-temperature zone moves towards the outlet of ox- idation bed, high-temperature zone narrows down, the outlet temperature increases, and the methane con- version rate decreases slightly.
