2型糖尿病患者甲状腺功能状态的分析

Analysis of Thyroid Function in Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病患者的甲状腺功能状态。方法选取2010年3月至2011年10月在信宜市人民医院就诊的300例2型糖尿病患者及100例健康人,采用放射免疫法测定血清游离T3、游离T4、促甲状腺激素的含量。观察2型糖尿病患者的FT3、FT4、TSH水平与健康人有无差异。结果 2型糖尿病患者TSH水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),FT3、FT4水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病患者甲状腺功能异常者占34%,其中9.3%呈功能亢进,22.3%呈功能减退,其中女性2型糖尿病患者亚临床甲状腺功能减退达20.1%,显著高于男性。结论 2型糖尿病患者甲状腺功能异常的发生率高,其中女性2型糖尿病患者亚临床甲状腺功能减退的患病率更高。 Objective We were to analyze thyroid function in patients with diabetes.Methods 300 diabetic patients and additional 100 non-diabetic patients in Xinyi people's Hospital from March 2010 to October 2011 were enrolled.We determinated all 400 patients’ thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH) by Radioimmunoassay.Thyroid function of diabetes were compared with non-diabetes.Results TSH level in diabetes was significantly higher than control group(P0.01),FT4and FT3levels,However,was lower than control group(P0.05).Type 2 diabetic patients with abnormal thyroid function accounted for 34%.Of which 9.3% were hyperthyroidism,and 22.3% were hypothyroidism.Female diabetic patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were 34%,significantly higher than male.Conclusion The incidences of type 2 diabetic patients with abnormal thyroid function were very high and female diabetic patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were even more common.
