摘要
分析了浙江省农业产业转型升级的模式,以及农业产业与职业教育对接的机理,进而提出对接路径,强调涉农院校应立足于职业教育与产业的对接和融合,在农业产业链提升的过程中进行专业建设、中高职的合理衔接,加快进行体制和机制创新,加快进行产教结合和校企合作,为区域农业产业发展培养复合型、高素质技能型人才。
The transformation and upgrading mode of agricultural industry in Zhejiang Province was analyzed, as well as agricultural industry and vocational education connection mechanism, the connection pathway was put forward. Agficuhural colleges should focus on connection be- tween vocational education and industry. During agriculture industry chain upgrading process, specialty construction and vocational education should be reasonably connected, mechanism innovation, collaboration between college and enterprise should be speeded, which will culture compound, high-quality talents for regional agricultural industry development.
