摘要
研究了用超临界 CO2 流体萃取法从黄花蒿中提取青蒿素的工艺 ,主要探讨了压力、时间、CO2 流量等因素对产品收率的影响 ,确定了最佳工艺条件 ,并进行了中试放大和工业化试验 ,所得产品质量达药品标准 ,与传统生产工艺 (如汽油法 )相比 ,收率提高了 1.9倍 ,生产周期缩短近 10 0 h,生产成本降低了 447元 /
A new technological process for extracting artemisinin from Artemisia annua L. by supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction (SFE CO 2) is described. The optimum technological conditions were as follows:extraction pressure 18 MPa, temperature 40℃; isolated pressure I 14 MPa, temperature 60℃; isolated pressure Ⅱ 6 MPa, temperature 50℃; CO 2 flow rate 10~20 kg/h·(kg crude herb); and extraction time 5 h. The new process is better than the conventional gasoline extraction in high yield, short time and low cost.
