摘要
大唐发电有限责任公司300 MW机组,一直以来折焰角部位积灰非常严重。叙述了积灰的原因,进行了技术方案探讨,分析了方案实施及效果,得出,新型旋笛式吹灰器的采用成功解决了积灰严重的问题。
Ash deposition in furnace arch has been very serious of the 300 MW unit in Datang Power Generation Co., Ltd.. Described the reasons of ash deposition, discussed the technical program, analyzed the implementation and the effect of the program, and drew a conclusion that using new rotary flute sonic soot blowers solved the serious ash deposition problem successfully.
