摘要
在计划经济时期,作为农村先进生产力代表的广西国有农场曾为广西农业和广西社会发展作出了巨大的贡献。但是,随着市场经济的发展,国有农场在经济效益、社会负担、土地资源开发利用、职工素质等方面暴露出来的问题越来越严重。要解决这些问题,必须加快农场改制的步伐,转换经营机制,分离企业办社会职能,充分利用农场的土地资源发展园区经济,不断做强做大优势特色农业,走农业产业化道路。
As a representative of the advanced productive force in rural area, Guangxi State-owned farms used to make significant contributions to Guangxi＇s agriculture and the social development during the period of planned economy. However, with the development of market economy, the problems such as the economic benefit of Stale-owned farms, social burden, development and utilization of land resources, quality of staffs and so on have been exposed and even getting worse. In order to solve these problems, must accelerate the pace of restructuring the farms, transform operating mechanism, separate the social functions of enterprises, full use of farm-land resources to develop the park economy, continue to strengthen and expand the advantages of specialized agricuhure, take the road of industrialization of agriculture.
