摘要
安徽历史上自然灾害极其频繁,近代以降更是连年不断,农民是自然灾害的最直接、最严重的受害者,作者对于自然灾害打击下近代安徽农民生活的境况进行研讨,文章认为,灾后粮食歉收,灾民食物严重匮乏,即使能存活下来,也元气大伤,常常是入不敷出,陷入高利贷剥削的深渊。近代安徽农民的悲惨生活早已成为过去,但自然灾害仍呈增加之趋势,在一些农村地区,自然灾害是农村人口大量返贫的主要原因,因此,防灾减灾的使命仍然任重道远。
In the history of Anhui, natural disasters occur frequently, especially since modern times. Farmers are the immediate and severe victims. The paper discusses farmers＇ life in the natural disasters. After the disasters, crop failure leads to the shortage of food. Even if farmers survive, their life is greatly undermined and cannot make ends meet, and they are exploited by usury. Of course, farmer miserable life has gone in modem Anhui, but the natural disasters still increase. In some rural areas, natural disasters are the direct cause to make farmers poor, therefore, there is much to do against disaster protection.
