摘要
把区块经营管理划分为生产管理、成本控制、经营效益、发展能力、质量管理和安全管理六大模块,通过与平衡计分卡(BSC)四个角度相结合,使油田区块的绩效考评重点得以概括梳理,促进油田绩效管理更加系统化、规范化、合理化.通过建立平衡计分卡(BSC)层次分析模型,运用MATLAB数学软件计算分析结果,综合评价油田区块生产人员的绩效状况.
The block management is divided into production management, cost control, economic efficiency, development ability, quality and safe management. The performance appraisal emphases are concluded and it makes performance management system of oilfield further systematic, standardized, and rational. The analytic hierarchy model of Balance Score Card (BSC) is built. MATLAB is applied to analyze the calculating results and to evaluate the performance of production personnel.
