摘要
医疗装备的良好使用和管理需要临床部门和医学装备管理部门的有效配合,充分发挥临床积极性,有效落实医学装备管理部门的管理制度,是目前医院医疗设备管理的难点。本文通过建立医疗设备效益管理考核体系,从设备质量管理、设备经济效益和设备社会效益进行考核,充分调动临床科室积极性,真正实现医疗设备的精细化、绩效化管理。
It is the effective cooperation between clinical department and medical equipment management department, that medical equipment could be used and managed well. The difficulty at present is how to motivate clinical department and carry out management system. In this paper, we set up the medical equipment management evaluation system, which can realize refined and performance change management through the quality management evaluation, economic efficiency and social benefits.
