应用于低温贮箱的变密度多层绝热传热分析 被引量:21

Heat transfer analysis of variable density multi-layer insulation for cryogenic storage tank

摘要 采用Layer-by-Layer传热模型对真空多层绝热结构中的传热过程进行了分析,根据各项(辐射换热、气体导热、固体导热)换热分布情况,提出4区域不同层密度的多层绝热结构,分析了各区域层密度变化对多层绝热性能的影响,得出一个使总热流最小的层密度,研究了其各项换热规律以及受到热边界温度的影响。 A layer - by - layer model was developed to numerically calculate heat transfer of vacuum muli - layer insulation. Multi - layer insulation structure of four domains layer - density was presented after according to the distribution of heat transfer, such as radiation heat transfer, gas and solid conduction, and different layer density on effect of insulation performance was main- ly discussed. The result above showed that there was a optimal layer density which made the heat flux minimum, the relation for heat transfer distribution and hot boundary temperature with the optimal layer density was analyzed in the end.
