摘要
介绍了利用激光三角法测量货车车厢体积的原理和方案,并阐述基于该原理所开发的车厢体积测量系统中的关键技术。重点指出了基于激光三角法如何构建测量系统以及测量系统的各个组成。在测量系统的关键技术中,详细阐述了车厢体积分割计算技术。通过所采用的三阶灰度矩边缘检测算法,对于各种车轴的货车,都可以精确地去除车头和车底货架并计算出车厢体积。此外,还提出可以通过截面数据的翻摺和拼合来减少激光器的数量。该测量系统已应用货车厢体积测量的实际工程中,通过大量实际货车数据验证它的可行性。
The principle and solution for measuring truck carriage volume with laser triangulation was introduced. The key technologies of the measurement system were also described. Focus was on the process of how to build the measuring system and its components in this paper. In the measurement system, the key technology of the segmenting truck carriage was presented in detail. With the third gray moment for edge detection algorithm, the volume of the carriage with all kinds of axles could be calculated without considering its head and underframe. In addition, the number of laser system could be downsized to 2 by rolling-over and merging of the cross section data of truck body. The above techniques were already utilized in the project of carriage volume measurement. Large volume of data prove its feasibility.
