摘要
为了对抗溴氰菊酯小菜蛾防治提供理论依据,采用几种杀虫剂按不同比例2元复配,测定其对抗溴氰菊酯小菜蛾3龄幼虫的室内活性。结果表明,甲维盐和氰戊菊酯、甲维盐和高效氯氰菊酯复配对小菜蛾幼虫都表现为增效作用;阿维菌素和溴氰菊酯复配比为1∶20和1∶25、阿维菌素和高效氯氰菊酯复配比为1∶25、甲维盐和毒死蜱复配比为1∶10和1∶15时,对小菜蛾幼虫表现为拮抗作用。
In order to provide theoretical evidence to control deltamethrin-resistant Plutella xylostella L.,laboratory determination of the activities on 3rd instar larvae of deltamethrin-resistant Plutella xylostella L.were conducted with several insecticide mixtures each containing two active ingredients.The results showed that the combinations of emamectin benzoate+fenvalerate and emamectin benzoate+beta-cypermethrin against Plutella xylostella L.larvae exhibited synergistic effects,while the mixtures of abamectin+deltamethrin(1∶20,1∶25),abamectin+beta-cypermethrin(1∶25) and emamectin benzoate+chlorpyrifos(1∶10,1∶15) expressed antagonistic actions.
