摘要
压裂充填防砂技术是针对油气井出砂现象发展起来的油层改造和防砂技术,是端部脱砂和充填两大技术的结合,具有增产与防砂的双重作用。建立了压裂防砂施工设计理论模型,编制施工设计软件。应用该软件对模型进行敏感性分析,以增产防砂效果为目标,对支撑剂类型、施工排量、施工泵压、脱砂时间、支撑剂用量等参数进行了优化设计。现场应用表明,理论模型可靠,计算结果准确,对提高施工的成功率具有一定参考价值。
Sand control technology by Frac-packing is a newly-developed technology for formation stimulation and sand control;is the combination of tip screen-out and frac-packing;and has the double function of sand control and increasing production.The paper presents the theoretical model that is established for the operation design of fracturing sand control and the software that is programmed.Sensitivity analyses are conducted by using the model.Proppant type,injection rate,pumping pressure,TSO time and proppant volume are optimized for the purpose of gaining production and controlling sand.Field application shows that the theoretical model is reliable,calculation results are accurate and the results can provide reference for a successful operation of sand control by frac-packing.
