摘要
为了解华东地区猪群中猪萨佩罗病毒(Porcine sapelovirus,PSV)感染流行情况,通过RT-PCR方法对该地区15个规模化养猪场960份猪粪便样本进行了检测。结果表明,所检测的15个养殖场均存在PSV感染,总体平均阳性率为17.2%,其中10周龄~20周龄的猪PSV最易感。进一步系统进化分析表明,所检阳性毒株同源性较高,不同地区的毒株交错分布在一起,不存在明显的地区差异,但大体可分为3个亚群,而且已有的国外PSV株均包括在这3个亚群中,这提示PSV可能至少存在3种不同的抗原亚型。
In order to evaluate the prevalence of porcine sapelovirus in pigs in East China, in this study, 960 clinical health pig fecal specimens collected from 15 scale pig farms in East China were tested using RT- PCR method. The results showed that PSV infection existed in all detected regions, the average positive rate was 17.2%, and 10-20 weeks-old pigs were most susceptible. Further homology and phylogenetic a- nalysis showed that the isolates in our study had high homology with each other, and the strains detected from different regions staggered on the phylogenetie tree and there were no dominant strains of each region, but in general they can be divided into three subtypes. The result prompted that there are at least three different subtypes of antigens in PSV.
