肺癌生物治疗中应用自体NK细胞治疗的现状及展望 被引量：2

摘要 肺癌根据其生物学特征和治疗方法不同,分为小细胞肺癌和非小细胞肺癌,是现今严重危害人类健康和生命的恶性肿瘤之一。每年因为肺癌死亡的患者居世界多数国家癌症死亡之首,目前治疗肺癌的主要手段（手术、化学治疗及放射治疗）尚不能有效控制其病情的进展且上述治疗常伴有严重的不良反应,损害患者的生活质量,其总体预后差,
