摘要
巴特综合征是由巴特等人在1962年首先提出，以低血钾性碱中毒，血肾素、醛固酮增高但血压正常的一种常染色体隐性遗传性疾病。本文通过对儿童巴特综合征的病理原因分析来探讨针对性的护理措施，主要包括血管保护、心理护理、皮肤护理和健康教育等。本文4例巴特综合征患儿均好转出院。
Banter syndrome, originally described by Bartter and colleagues in 1962, is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by hypokalemic alkalosis, hyperreninemia, hyperaldosteronemia with normal blood pressure. This study will explore the nursing care for Bartter syndrome children by pathology analysis, which including vascular protection, psychological nursing, skin care and health education. The four cases of Bartter syndrome children in our study were all discharged from hospital with a better condition.
