摘要
随着地方院校研究生教育规模不断扩大,研究生"就业难"的问题日渐凸显。通过对地方院校研究生就业现状的分析,指出在研究生就业整体竞争力、就业层次、女研究生就业、就业指导及研究生自身等方面存在困境。针对困境及形成原因,提出应该从提高研究生培养质量、加强研究生就业指导、消除就业过程中的性别歧视及调动研究生积极主动性等方面努力,逐步走出困境。
Along with the unceasing expansion of the scale of local college graduate education, the difficulties in the problem of graduate student employment become increasingly prominent. This paper, based on the analysis of the current employment situation, points out the difficulties in the aspects of overall competitiveness, the employment level, the female graduate students, the employment guidance, and the problems of graduate students themselves. According to the difficulties and their formation reasons, it also holds that efforts should be made to find a way out of these difficulties from the aspects of further improving the quality of graduate education, strengthening employment guidance, eliminating gender discrimination, motivating graduate students＇ initiatives, etc.
