摘要
目的建立快速测定1%盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液含量的方法。方法采用旋光度法测定。结果旋光度法测得的平均回收率为100.31%,RSD为0.360 0%。结论旋光度法简便快速,结果可靠,可用于1%盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液的快速检定。
