摘要
文中围绕引黄工程总干线和南干线上五个泵站的压力钢管制作安装如何保证质量这个中心 ,论述了建立制作安装质量保证体系 ,实行“三控”、“三检”制度 ,树立“过程精品”意识、实行质量与班组个人报到挂酬 ,冬季工地钢管厂采取防寒保温措施等具体作法 ,还论述了应如何加强监理问题。
Centered around how to guarantee the quality of manufacturing and installing of penstocks for five pumping stations of the General Main Line and the South Main Line of the YRDP,the quality guaranteeing system which has been established is described in this paper,the main contents of the system are,implementing what is called the “three control”,that is,controlling quality in advance of,in process of and in end of the manufacturing and installing of the penstock,and what is called “three check”,that is,checking quality first by workers themseq''lves,then by them each other,and last by the quality test department of the factory,establishing an awareness of “perfect quality in the whole procedure”,practising the regulation that the awards or penalties link closely with the quality,taking winterized measures on site of manufacturing and installing the penstocks,and strengthening the supervising to create a favorable environment for carrying out the quality guaranteeing system.
