摘要
目的通过对国家中医药管理局重点专科血液病协作组紫癜风(过敏性紫癜)协作分组各单位提供的紫癜风诊疗方案进行梳理,得出各单位的共识。方法采用定性分析方法,对紫癜风的临床疗效、中医治疗方法、治疗难点等进行系统分析。结果与结论对中医治疗紫癜风的难点提出了应对思路。分析整理后的经过多名专家认可的总结诊疗方案可以在全国推广使用。
Objective A key cooperative group for blood disease involving multiple institutions （ State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine） determined a proposal for medical treatment for henoch purpura, which has led to a consensus regarding this disease among different hospitals in China. Methods Using qualitative analysis, we analyzed clinical efficacy, Chinese medicine treatment methods and treatment difficulty. Results ＆ Conclusion We determined solutions to the problems of traditional Chinese medical treatment for curing henoch purpura, and concluded that a summarized therapy approved by many experts can be widely used.
