Load balance and sharing at Internet allow users to access vast amounts of idle computing resources scattered around the Interne t. BALANCE-II is a load balance system based on the Internet. This paper describes the design and implementation of BALANCE-II. The issues of its heterogeneity and scheduler alg orithm are also discussed in detail.
