摘要
随着市场竞争的日益加剧并伴随着经济全球化趋势和信息技术的不断发展 ,作为一种以核心能力为形式的、对企业外部资源进行优化整合的有效手段———虚拟企业 ,正成为许多企业的现实选择。而如何组织设计虚拟企业 ,无论在理论研究还是在实际应用中都是一个非常重要的问题。为此 ,本文在对虚拟企业的优点和问题形式进行分析和权衡的基础上 ,利用IDEF0和IDEF3方法对虚拟企业的组织设计过程进行一般性建模和过程描述 ,并给出了各阶段的定性和定量化工具。最后给出了一个试应用案例 ,以说明该过程模型的有效性。
With the development of economic globalization and the improvement of information technology, the virtual corporations are getting to be a pratical choice of many enterprises for the fastchanging market opportunity. Therefore, the organizational design of Virtual enterprises is becoming to be a critical issue both in theoretic research field and in practical. In this paper, the analysis and tradeoff between the main advantages and problems of virtual enterprises have been made firstly. Then the organizational design process modeling in virtual enterprises is developed by using IDEF0 and IDEF3 method, and some qualitative and quantitative tools have been proposed in every processing phase. Finally, an implementation case has been given out to illustrate the model′s efficiency.
