摘要
外协用工是随着近年来我国企业改革的深入而快速发展起来的新型用工形式,主要包括劳务派遣用工、工程项目承包用工两种形式。外协工的大量使用,简化了企业的安全生产管理,节约了成本,减轻了企业的负担,增强了企业的市场竞争力。但同时其安全管理也出现了很多问题,致使外协用工安全事故发生率较高,外协工的生命安全得不到保障。通过分析外协用工存在的问题,提出加强外协用工安全生产管理的对策措施。
In recent years, the outsourcing employment has been one kind of new form of employment, developed with the deepening of China' s enterprise reform, mainly including two forms, labor dispatching employment and en^neefing project contracting employment. The extensive use of outsoureing workers has simplified safety production management of enterprises, saved cost, reduced the burden on businesses and enhanced their market competitiveness. But there have been many prob- lems in safety management, resulting in higher labor security accidents in the outsourcing employment, and the safety of out- sourcing workers can not be guaranteed. So by analyzing the problems existed in the outsourcing employment, this article to strengthen the safety production management of the outsoureing employment.
