摘要
通过在Autodesk Inventor平台上引入环管反应器的三维设计,并与以往设计方法对比,探讨了三维设计的优缺点、设计技巧以及今后应用的前景。着重说明典型零部件参数化关联设计,通过衍生、Fx参数表、自适应、iPart、应力分析、Imate预装配定义、详细等级定义等方法在模型创建中的实际应用,并探讨如何使设计过程更加简单与可靠以及使设计表达更加智能化。
This article introduces the application of Autodesk Inventor platform in three-dimensional design of loop reactor, and discusses some problems and corresponding solutions in loop reactor design.Parameterized associative design of typical components can make design process simpler and more reliable,and make design expression more intelligent.
